Confidentiality

Jurema respects your privacy. Any and all information collected at this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, loaned, or otherwise disclosed. Jurema will not at any time, either directly or indirectly, use for its personal benefit, disclose, or communicate in any manner any information that is pertaining to its clients. All your information will be kept strictly confidential.  

Unit prices

All recommended retail prices quoted will be in US dollars and exclusive of shipping and handling fees. International visitors wishing to calculate the equivalent in their own currency, can do so online by clicking the quick currency converter icon on the right.

Payment terms

Payment is due in full on placement of order. You may pay for your order invoices in several ways:

• Cash (if goods are to be picked up from our showroom)
• Bank transfer - we will provide our bank account details on our invoice
• Cheque - note your cheque must be cleared before order can be shipped

Delivery terms & shipping fees

Products will be dispatched to you only once your payment has been received in full, including shipping and handling fees. Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours after receipt of payment, depending on availability. Shipping fees and handling fees will be quoted on receipt of your order, based on quantities ordered.

Return policy

Jurema Creations makes sure that all items purchased are properly packed to ensure no damage occurs during the delivery process. Should goods be delivered damaged, we request that you contact us immediately on the same day of the delivery and we will consider a refund on a per case basis, based on evidence.

Change in policies
