Brazilian art on display at KL Hilton

Art lovers can view the works of several well-known Brazilian artists at the “A Brazilian Affair” exhibition at Hilton Kuala Lumpur.

Currently on display at the hotel’s lower lobby, it is collaboration between Art Affair, Simply Unique Sdn Bhd and Hilton Kuala Lumpur.

The event was launched recently by Tunku Nurul Hayati Tunku Bahador, who is the wife of the Regent of Negri Sembilan Tunku Naquiyuddin Tuanku Jaafar.

On sale are works of 17 renowned artists, all of whome are catalogued in the Brazilian Art Directory. This exhibition was put together by Jurema Walendowsky Baker, through Simply Unique Sdn Bhd and Hilton Kuala Lumpur.

The exhibition comprises over 70 pieces by Alvaro Borges Jr., Ivete Santos, Simone Campos, Vilca Merizio, Juliane Fuganti, Dulce Osinski, Elaine Werneck, Celso Isidoro, Antonio Rozicki, Marilda Zamboni, Irnaudi Luiz Menegon, Regina Rozicki, Beta Monfroni, Neri Andrade, Mara Toledo, Ofil Vidal and Luiz Carlos Costa.

The works are displayed from 11am to 7pm till April 15. Admission is free.

Some of the proceeds will be donated to the Tunku Nurul Hayati Charity Fund for Underprivileged Children under the banner of Hearts of Hilton.
