Elite Crowd at Brazilian Art Launch

THE `A Brazilian Affair' art exhibition, held at Hilton Kuala Lumpur, was
launched by Tunku Nurul Hayati Tunku Bahador, wife of the Regent of
NegriSembilan Tunku Naquiyuddin Tuanku Jaafar, recently.
Welcoming guests were Simply Unique Sdn Bhd director Datin Terry Kayoom, Art
Affair's Jurema Walendowsky Baker, Hilton KL general manager Van der Putten,
Hilton KL assistant director of marketing communications Cindy Yoong and Hilton
KL marketing communications executive Nurulhanum Raffar.
Present were Tunku Naquiyuddin, Tunku Suhara Tunku Bahador, Peruvian
ambassador Javier Gonzales-Terrones and wife Geni, Argentinian ambassador
Armando J.J. Maffel, Datuk G.S. Gill and Suhaimi Khor Zulkifli & Chang lawyer
James Khor and wife Marianne.
Intergrafica Print & Pack (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd managing director Hubertus Roch
and wife Hanne, Unisys MSC Sdn Bhd project manager Chris Robinson and wife, and
Kausar Development Bhd executive director (operations) Ramli Hajar and wife
Fatimah Mohd Shariff were also present.
Others at the exhibition included American Malaysian Chamber of Commerce
president Nicholas S. Zefferys, its governor Steve Setera, Southend
Constructions project manager Yalcin Kaya, P&P Marketing Ltd managing director
Syed Mudrik Jamalullail, Datin Mooni Baharuddin and Maria Samad.
Also seen were personal assistant to the Defence Adviser of the New Zealand
High Commission Deborah Eban, Eastern Records Sdn Bhd operations and accounts
executive Jaclyn Lim, Robyn Kassas, Mea Wheatley, Lester Lai and Julia Boyles.
Over 70 pieces of artworks by 17 Brazilian artists are available for sale.
The exhibition, a collaboration between Art Affair, Simply Unique Sdn Bhd and
Hilton Kuala Lumpur, ends Saturday. |
